A union of talk therapy with yoga practice. 

In talk therapy, there is a chance to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We make space to learn about you, your story, your narrative, and how you live your life. We use that knowledge to inform your yoga practice. As we create your yoga practice, we layer in yoga principles and philosophies - asana, pranayama, meditation, and more - to address your individual constitution. 

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), I have extensive training to assess and help clients along this journey. Together, we aim to care for you! 


YogaCare for

Complex Trauma/PTSD

Based on my training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga from The Trauma Center and my Ashtanga yoga practice

This course focuses on

  • Cultivating safety

  • Reconnecting with your body

  • Listening to yourself

  • Trusting your inner wisdom​

To optimize success, a minimum of an 8-week commitment is suggested.

YogaCare for Anxiety

Based on my work with the Beck Institute for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and my restorative yoga and meditation practice

This course focuses on​

  • Grounding and centering 

  • Breathing techniques

  • Meditation practices

  • Deciphering discomfort from pain

YogaCare for Relationships

Based on my practice as a relational therapist exploring attachment theory and my vinyasa practice

This course focuses on

  • Accepting and loving yourself

  • Self-care practices and principles

  • Setting boundaries

  • Finding your voice
