Talk Therapy
Rooted in dialogue, our sessions provide a genuine, engaging, and supportive environment for you to express yourself freely without worry of judgment. I primarily work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, complex trauma/PTSD, life transition, the college experience, and relationships.
Over the past six years in practice, it has been a privilege to see my clients experience improvements in mood, relationships, purpose, sense of self, and quality of life. As a relational therapist, my style is eclectic drawing from current evidence-based practices and blending them with talk therapy's psychoanalytic roots.

My standard rates are:
$125 for a 50-minute individual session
I am an out-of-network provider and offer a sliding scale based on the federal poverty level. I can provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement.
Yoga Teaching
On and off the mat, our sessions offer a safe and supportive environment to learn yoga. Since 2011, I have taught yoga to a diverse population in a variety of settings from campus recreation centers, boutique studios, university-affiliated hospitals, corporate gyms, sports teams, and client's homes. Since 2017, I have co-led six Yoga Alliance registered teacher trainings.

As an Experienced Registered Yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), I work with my clients to create individualized programs to help them feel and live better. I work with physical concerns related to back pain, flexibility, mobility, and strength as well as mental concerns related to anxiety, stress, depression, and complex trauma. Together, we can create a sustainable and rewarding practice for you.

My standard rate is $125 for a 60-minute session.

YogaCare
A union of talk therapy with yoga practice.

In talk therapy, there is a chance to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We make space to learn about you, your story, your narrative, and how you live your life. We use that knowledge to inform your yoga practice. As we create your yoga practice, we layer in yoga principles and philosophies - asana, pranayama, meditation, and more - to address your individual constitution.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), I have extensive training to assess and help clients along this journey. Together, we aim to care for you!
